What is your suggestion? (i.e - A plugin, a server change, etc)
What if you paid players in RP for viable base builds. Viability judged by you, ofc, not the builder. This might encourage players to make base contributions which would increase the variety and number of different bases that spawn in the map. I suggest that the amount paid should scale according to difficulty as harder bases take much more time and thought than easy. Maybe the amount paid could be twice what the cost would be to purchase the raid. Poorly built/unoriginal bases that aren't used in the server should receive no payment.
